Square box lifting type

The square box is made of high-elastic carbon steel, after quenching and hardening, the surface is galvanized. With high-strength clamping screws, the wires can be securely locked into the square box. It has the characteristics of high contact strength, large contact area, and overall shock resistance. The contact surface can be kept as new forever due to the air-tight effect, and the single-core or stranded wire can be directly connected.

Pull back shrapnel

This type of connection uses stainless steel, and the hardness is strengthened by heat treatment. When using, we can use a simple tool (screwdriver) to open the shrapnel or press the shrapnel with the handle. It has the advantages of fast connecting wire speed, time-saving and convenient, shock resistance and maintenance-free.

In-line shrapnel

This connection method uses high-elastic stainless steel, which is heat-treated to strengthen the hardness and improve fatigue resistance. It adopts the lock wire structure S-Cage, and the shrapnel and the square box are integrally formed. The structure is strong and has the ability to lock the wire with high strength and high stability. Hard conductors can be wired directly without tools, which can be quickly connected, time-saving, convenient and shock-resistant.

Front-end wiring

The top pressure connection device is cut by punching the truncation surface, and the surface is galvanized and then coated with a trivalent chromate passivation layer. With high-strength clamping screws, the wire is securely locked into the square box, and the pressure block (sheet) is driven to press the wire in a large area, providing high air tightness and low voltage loss conduction effect. This design screw and the wire are in the same direction, which can conveniently use in confined spaces or side installations and other restricted environments.

Soldering iron

This wiring method is not limited by the PCB Layout circuit, and can be wired according to actual circuit requirements. It has flexible wiring capabilities. The special hook-shaped design of the solder feet makes the wire easy to wind and fix and not easy to fall off.

Simple screw type

A stainless steel sheet is attached to the top of the thread-clamping box with needles. When the screw is pressed down and the wire is clamped, it can protect the stability and safety of the wire. This clamping structure has both small size and convenience. And it has high economic benefits.
